Getting to your Accomodation
When you arrive at the park, you will see a barrier, if the barrier is down, press the button for reception and tell them you are staying at Lodge 23 Lakeland Drive.
If the barrier is up (sometimes it is) just drive though.
Once through the barrier, drive straight ahead passing the 1st immediate road on the right, and proceed until the 2nd road on the right, Lakeland Drive.
Carry on towards the lake and our lodge number 23 is on the left hand side.
There is parking for 2 cars on the right side of the lodge next to the gate/ decking.
Access Codes / Keys
Welcome to our lakeside lodge in West Sussex! You will enjoy a seamless self check-in experience with our keysafe entry system. Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with a unique keypad code. Opposite the front door there is a keysafe lock. Enter the code we have provided, twist the knob, and collect your keys! If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Check-in/out Time
Your check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Your check-out time is before 10:00am. We understand travel plans can vary, so if you anticipate arriving earlier, please contact us in advance. While we cannot guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The Hive thermostat is located in the kitchen, to the left of the sink. Use the arrow buttons to adjust the target temperature for the home. Once a desired temperature is set, the system will automatically activate heating to maintain it.
🧺 Laundry & Cleaning Appliances 🧺
Directly to the right of the main entrance, you'll find a storage cupboard stocked with a drying rack, mop, ironing board, iron, hoover, and a mini handheld hoover—everything you need to keep the space tidy and comfortable during your stay.
🫧 Washer/Dryer & Dishwasher 🫧
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. You'll find a washer/dryer machine and dishwasher available for your use, along with all necessary cookware, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. Whether you're preparing a full meal or enjoying a simple breakfast, everything you need is provided.

Nespresso Coffee Machine: In the corner of the kitchen, you'll find a Nespresso machine, perfect for brewing a quick, delicious coffee anytime during your stay. Toaster & Kettel: A toaster and kettel are both provided in the kitchen.

Slippers, robes & towels provided for your comfort during your stay. Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap all included. Hairdryer provided.

The lounge features a 65" Sky Glass HD television, equipped with all the popular streaming apps including Netflix, YouTube, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime. Simply sign in with your own account to enjoy your favorite shows and movies—and please remember to sign out when you're done.
🔊 Smart Speaker 🔊
An Alexa smart speaker is located in the kitchen for your convenience. Simply say "Alexa" followed by your request — for example, you can ask for the weather, play music, set a timer, or control compatible smart devices in the home. Speak clearly and wait for the blue light to activate before giving your command. You can also connect your phone via Bluetooth to play your own music — just say, "Alexa, pair Bluetooth," and follow the prompts on your device.
🎶 Marshall Bluetooth Speaker 🎶
A Marshall Bluetooth speaker is available in the bedroom for your use. To connect your device, simply turn on Bluetooth on your phone and select the speaker from the list of available devices (usually listed as "Emberton" or similar). Once paired, you can play your own music or audio directly through the speaker.
Outdoor Seating / Cushions
Al fresco dining available. Cushions for the outdoor seating are available and stored in the metal shed outside, attached to the wall of the lodge. We kindly ask that if it rains, you please return the cushions to the shed to keep them dry. Thank you!
Property Rules
During your stay, please adhere to the following rules: No pets allowed. Please respect the neighbours when using the outdoor area. Before you leave, we kindly ask you to dispose of trash. We would really appriciate if all used towels were to be placed in the bath tub. And ensure the property is locked.

Sunset Lodge is available year-round. Summer fills up fast, and if you're planning a visit around the Goodwood Festival of Speed, Revival, or Members' Meeting, we'd suggest securing your dates well in advance.
